I ate the Tokyo Ramen and I think it was the greatest ramen I've ever had!! So rich and full of flavour, the pork just melts in your mouth, the noodles are nice and bouncy, never got soggy and their homemade chilli oil added a really nice touch to the aromatic broth. Marianne (I hope I wrote that well haha) was so, so nice to us from the moment we walked in, the service was extremely good, she gave the best recommendations!! If I ever visit London again, I'll definitely go again, I truly recommend this place!!

Service - Gifty was amazing, so warm and welcoming, brilliant service and was so polite. 10/10 service and made our whole experience so much better. The broth was warm and soothing, the noodles were springy and perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender and juicy, the edamame's were fresh and tasty, the lemonade was cold and extremely good. It was filling and left me super satisfied. Would 100% recommend the Shoreditch branch.

I've been eating tonkotsu in like 15 different places in like 6 different cities. This one is near the top of the leader board, like 8 out of 10. The best one in London. It is so yummy. I tried the original one. The broth is out of this world. The pork belly is so soft. And the egg is so yummy. But there are a place in Cambridge called Ittou Noodle Bar which is 9 out of 10. As my mum always said 10 is for God. In In Shoreditch there is another tonkotsu place called Nori which is 7 minutes walk north of this place and that one is a 7. Not as yummy as this place. Thank you for such a nice food! Good service too. Will definitely be back.

The host, Maryan, was lovely and accommodating. She ensured I had a nice quiet seat where I could enjoy my dinner. The food was lovely- the music was a little loud for my liking - but overall it was nice! The restaurant was full and people seemed to be having a great time. So- the other food items must be good too!

You know that feeling when you take your first sip of broth, and for a moment, all your worries melt away? That was me with this Tonkatsu Ramen. The broth was so rich and creamy, I briefly considered writing it into my will. The noodles? Absolute perfection! chewy, bouncy, and ready to carry the weight of my ramen-obsessed heart. The chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the soft-boiled egg was chef’s kiss: that perfectly gooey yolk had me questioning whether I should frame it instead of eat it. (Spoiler: I ate it.) Before this ramen miracle, I started with gyoza, which were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and gone in about 30 seconds. No regrets. And to top it all off, I had sake. Because what better way to celebrate an amazing meal than with a warm, slightly dangerous drink that makes you feel like a sophisticated adult and a giggly mess at the same time? Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I order the same thing again? Without hesitation. Would I trade my soul for another bowl of this ramen? ...Let’s just say negotiations are ongoing. 10/10, highly recommend.

Great place! We really enjoyed the chilli chicken ramen and veggie gyozas. Cauliflower bites stole our heart! Service was excellent and very helpful when it comes to making a choice regarding the food. We were impressed by the smaller portions option to reduce food waste. Would eat there again when I’m next time in London!

The two ladies who served me on the 12th of April deserve a raise. I went there on a Saturday, it was 9pm and despite being tired they were still so friendly and served me very well. The tonkotsu I ordered was spectacular, yes, but what amazed me was the service. I asked to take part of my dish home, and because they mistakenly threw away my leftovers, they made another one for me immediately, no additional charges. I became a restaurant fan, and will definitely return! 10/10 experience.
